The #paperheartprojectwas started in 2016 by Danielle of @littlefarmphotography. Her 5 yr old son, SJ, was born with 10 CHDs and has had 3 open heart surgeries. Every February, I love watching people come together to support this beautiful project that spreads awareness for CHDs. This year it is extra special to me.
